18th Annual Postharvest Conference Proceedings

The 18th Annual Washington Tree Fruit Postharvest Conference and Trade Show was held on March 12th and 13th, 2002 at the Yakima Convention Center. The proceedings are available for the first year only to paid attendees of the conference. The Washington Tree Fruit Postharvest Conference has been developed through the cooperative efforts of Washington State University and the Washington State Horticultural Association to further the education of people involved with growing, harvesting, storing and packing apples, pears and cherries. The program and trade show emphasize methods and technology to maintain fruit quality throughout the postharvest system.
